Adding 230V dramatically raises the safety bar. In the UK and EU it must conform to the IET Code of Practice for Low Voltage Installations in Caravans and Motor Caravans (the LV-CoP) and BS 7671. If you don't feel confident, hire a qualified electrician for sign-off – it costs less than the insurance claim if anything goes wrong.
